AppExchange pricing to be transparent
Hi, I am finding the Salesforce appexchange less than clear about pricing. I often find apps listed as "FREE", but find on looking at the website or contacting info/sales @ that they have a monthly and additional costs. This is particularly key for non-profits.
The appexchange needs to be less misleading on prices and resulting cost. Trying to find accurate costing on 3rd Party Apps is a constant problem.
A simple change on the app exchange listings may be the best way? ie if it is not in fact "FREE" but only a "free trial" for 14 or 30 days, it should say so.
If the app has add-ons and only the app that is "FREE" but not the functionality - then that needs to be transparent.
It is good to see "Discounts for non-profits" but that is only on apps with "Paid" flagged.
Other company app stores make this clear. Can the Salesforce App Exchange be the same?
