Enhance Engagement Studio Reporting

Automation & Engagement Studio

The .csv report that can be downloaded from the engagement studio directly needs enhancement. It doesn't include all relevant information that is needed. For example, when applying a trigger to look for "any email link click," the report doesn't include which links were clicked. It gives a total of unique clicks but it would be helpful to also show who clicked what. It will also be helpful to hyperlink the lists to the report so a click from the report can take you to the list in Pardot.

Right now I have to find that information from Report -> Email Templates by having to click on each of the templates that was attached to the engagement studio and clean up the data. That is probelmatic is couple of ways:

- the email template reports numbers include test emails that uses the template (requires data clean up)
- if two different engagement studio is using the same template, then the template combines all the counts and it doesn't tell you which count is linked to which engagement studio

Please look into adding these enhancements so we can use utilize engagement studio in a faster and effective way.
