Add CC and BCC to 1-1 Pardot Emails

When sending out a 1-1 email, I want to be able to CC and BCC other people who are not prospects. They might be coworkers or even people working at another company. 

An example of CC'ing someone at another company: 

We have a prospect submit a form to work with us, but their needs are not a good fit. So, I use the 1-1 email functionality to refer them to another company and track the email in Pardot while CC'ing the person at the other company who will be following up. No need to track that person's information in Pardot - they aren't a prospect - but I do need them to be CC'd on the email. Without this functionality, I can't track the email at all, because I don't want to sync the prospect to Salesforce and have them be labeled an MQL because they aren't. 

An example of CC'ing or BCC'ing a coworker: 

We want to send out an individual nurturing email to a specific prospect. In this case, we want the email to come from one person on the team (for example, our EVP of Business Development), but a sales person on the team to actually follow up to the email immediately to continue the conversation. They would need to be CC'd for that to happen. Or, we want the email to come from a marketing team member, but a particular salesperson to be BCC'd to give them a heads up on what might quickly be coming their way so they can prepare.
