Give Orgs the Ability to Block Trailhead Manage Packages

I personally find the Trailhead signin process confusing - especially with linked accounts. I have caught myself nearly installed numerous trailhead manage packages in our company's Production org. However I have seen others that have proceeded to install in Prod accidentally. There should be an option in Salesforce to block certain vendors or Trailhead when installing packages.
