Logging Emails to Household or having them roll up to household in FSC
After months of going back and forth with Salesforce, it has been concluded that because FSC works differently to the other platforms, emails can't be logged to or rolled up to household from contact/account. This is important as the household gives an overview of all clients within the household. If Match My Email can do it, SF should be able to do it also.
