FSL Mobile APP/Time stamp for user actions when offline not reflected accurately
Field Service Lightning Mobile App
Time Stamps of user actions when working in FSL Mobile app OFFLINE are not reflected accurately. Currently, despite the actual time when an event occurs (eg Status change) the app will push the date/time when the device Sync'd NOT when the action occurred or was triggered.
This is presenting a lot of confusion for our operations teams when reviewing metrics.
For example: System may show work started at 5PM (the time when the user was back ONLINE) despite the work actually started at 3PM (the time when the user updated the Service Appointment status).
Need this resolved...please...ASAP.
