Einstein Analytics - default import of Archive data
Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics)
Please change the below default behavior Archived (and deleted) records are not included in Datasets that are created via the Dataflow using sfdcDigest. While the Dataflow does use the API to pull the data, archived/deleted records are only included in API query results if the API call uses queryAll(), which is not the case for the API calls used by the Dataflow. This defualt behavior severly reduces the value of Wave. How do you apply analytics to data you dont have? Increasing our "Archive Days Limit" also has negative impacts to the entire business and also is not advised (See link) https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=Increasing-Archive-Days-for-your-Organization&language=en_US&type=1 The amount of data extracted from SFDC can easily be controlled by the customer using existing "filters" when creating the Dataset. Thank you for your consideration.
