UI - Add a Expand/Collapse button for Decision Splits in Journey Builder

Some clients have multiple mobile apps or Ads audiences or have many segmentation attributes which drastically increases the number of splits in Decision Split activities.

This feature will allow simplification of the UI of a journey and thus increase its readiness.

Because we have multiple communication contact under each contact subscriber key, we cannot use exit and goal criteria. To resolve this, we are using decision splits and updating the CRM. The formatting is pushing each decision split down and making it really really awful looking. A collapse woudl make this look so much nicer. User-added image
