Provide an API supporting Certificate Verification and Search
Other
Artisan Hub has provided a service to the Salesforce community for several years by aggregating current Salesforce Certificate data and producing ranking reports and statistics.Salesforce has recently changed the interactive web pages available to check certificate currency at https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/credentials/verification so they are protected by a reCatpcha control and the underlying REST API has been changed to prevent it being used other than by this page.In this idea I am asking Salesforce to expose an API to Artisan Hub which allows for programatic search for certified professionals by name and email, as well as checking certificate currency based on the persons ID. Salesforce may wish to control who has access to this API so this API need not be public, but I am asking for an API which Artisan Hub can utilise.Until Artisan Hub can access this API the Artisan Hub service will have to remain turned off.If you are a Certified Salesforce Professional and believe when you check the "Verifcation Opt-in" option in WebAssessor that your certificate status should be accessible for programmatic verification checking, then please vote for this idea.ThanksRichard

Richard, In the future I also think you could assign points for Superbadges or for achieving certain ranks like Ranger, 2X Ranger, 4X Ranger, etc. I think this would also be a great idea if you can implement one day.... This is to motivate people to also continue learning. I think that they also bring great value to your skillset (not just certificates). I know that there is access to this information. Maybe 1 point per superbadge or 2-4 points for every 100 badges (just suggestions) or look at every 50,000 points equals X in your score...
Thanks
PEDRO
