My org has email-to-case set up and the problem we have right now is that when we try to receive or send emails with large or many attachments, we have no way of knowing proactively when those are undeliverable. We only find out after our customer is follows up, check Outlook and see an undeliverable email message saying this:
Your message wasn't delivered to anyone because it's too large. The limit is 25 MB. Your message is 26 MB.
Your message is larger than the size limit for messages. Please make it smaller and try sending it again.
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot make the size of our attachments smaller. We would like the email and attachment size limit to be increased to 65MB to accomodate for larger emails with attachments so that we do not lose business due to this Salesforce limitation.
