Edit Dashboards Created by Different User (With Manage/Edit Permissions)
Operational Dashboards
Currently you cannot edit a dashboard if it was created by somebody else, even if you have Manage/Edit Dashboards permissions. The Knowledge Article on this topic states: "Note: If the "Edit" button appears for a dashboard the user didn't create, the "Insufficient Privileges" message will display when the user attempts to edit the dashboard." In this case, you can make all the edits without interruption, but when you try and save your changes, it will show you the 'Insufficient Privileges' message. This means that it isn't possible to have a dashboard that mulltiple users can edit and update unless you have the 'View All Data' permission enabled for the profiles concerned. This does not work if there are any limitations on what different users should be able to see. It would be useful to be able to manage and edit individual dashboards jointly amongst users without having to give them permission to see all data.

View All Data nor Manage Dashboards in Public Folders as workarounds grant too much access to users. Why should users in the company's Customer Success team be able to see dashboards/data in the sales/BD dashboards?
If a shared dashboard folder, say for Customer Success team, why shouldn't designated members of said team not be able to edit dashboards created by any one of the team?
