Make Quick Text available in Case Comments/Allow images in Quick Text Messages

Case Management

Currently Quick Text is only available in Live Agent, Case Feed Email Action, Log a Call, Portal, Internal, however, we have a lot of standard answers to address customer's different issues. It would be helpful if agents can access quick text in case comments section.
Our standard answers also contains screenshots, block diagrams, it would be nice if both quick text message and case comments would allow images.
