Sort a report in Lightning by record count

Operational Reporting

Need the ability to sort summary reports by record count in Lightning. (It would be even better to be able to filter by record count. But that's a different Idea.)

It's easy to do it in Classic, but as far as I can tell can't be done in LEX. It's silly to have to create the report, save it, switch to Classic, apply the sort, then switch back and be able to see it. This ought not to have to wait until the Lightning Report Builder is ready!
