Allow "Add to Campaign" button for Orders report type
When orders are created within CRM, we are able to associate these to a Contact record via the "Customer Authorized By" field. It would be beneficial to allow the "Add to Campaign" button to appear when using the Orders report type, or any other Order related report that has the Customer Authorized By lookup field included.
