ExactTarget Developer Edition

With ExactTarget now being a salesforce.com company, can we get a "Developer Edition" version of ExactTarget for free? I think availability of free DE orgs is one of the top reasons the Success Community could grow and develop into what it is today.

I saw a question on Salesforce Stack Exchange about the Fuel SDK, and I would love to investigate and engage in discussion on the topic. But it's prohobitive for the Success Community of 1 million members to help with these questions without access to ExactTarget.

I understand that it may seem odd to give out "marketing automation" for free, but I think salesforce.com can set some reasonable limits for ExactTarget DE to make it useful just for admins and developers exploring the product. Even Salesforce DE allows users to mass email leads and contacts.
