Allow changes to global interface classes in a managed package
I understand the reason behind locking down a global interface once it has been included in a managed package. However, if a user implements the interface in a class, the class that they write is locked down to the version of the managed package at the time of writing the class that implements it.
Because of this, methods should be able to be added to a global interface without any problems. If the user wants to use the new methods they would just have to change the version of the managed package.
