Promote Case Collaborators as a global feature

Our company had noticed the Case Collaborators feature within the Self-Service portal and looked into integrating it into our organizational site. We opened a ticket with Salesforce Support regarding this but was told that Case Collaborators was not a universal feature and there were no immediate plans to develop this.

I would like to see Case Collaborators integrated into organizations as opposed to only being available in the Self-Service portal.
