Fix return url in <apex:relatedList list="OpportunityTeamMembers"/>

Accounts & Contacts

When using <apex:relatedList list="OpportunityTeamMembers"/> is used in a visualforce page when you use the "Add" button, you will be returned to the standard Opportunity view page, not your custom visualforce page from which you originated.

How to reproduce:

  1. Create visualfoce page:  Create visualforce page
  2. Visit visualforce page with opportunity id in url:  load visualforce page
  3. Click add:  click add
  4. Fill out one row and click save:  fill a row and click save
  5. Feel lost and alone without a visualforce page in your browser:  back at opportunity default view, not visualforce page

This does NOT happen to other related lists like <apex:relatedList list="OpportunityContactRoles"/>

Technically,
<apex:relatedList list="OpportunityContactRoles"/> will pass a retURL parameter to the resulting page so that when it's done it will come back to the visualforce page.
