Ability to set a Default Visibility when creating a new Objective

Sales Productivity

I think it would be a very useful feature to have the ability to change the default visibility when you are creating a new Objective. We'd much rather have Private as the default so you don'taccidentallypost a private/personal goal to the entire company. Thanks

Beginning with the Summer '15 release, visibility and sharing for the new Goals feature works similar to other standard Salesforce objects. An admin can change the org-wide default visibility from Setup > Security Controls > Sharing Settings.
Additionally, users can edit sharing settings on individual goals (from the Sharing button on goal detail pages).
