Duplicate Management: Cross field matching

Currently, the field mapping on matching rules means that we may miss out on matching records.

Example 1
Contact records sometimes have multiple email fields. You may want to identify records as matches if any of the email address fields match any existing email addresses in those fields in the database. Currently, you can only match each field to itself within the database

Example 2
Contact records sometimes have a "Nickname" or "Known as" field, as well as a "First Name" field. Matching rules should be able to check whether the value in "Nickname" exists in the "FirstName" field for records within the database.

The matching rules should be as flexible as system users will want to be.
