Add Date Formulas to Custom Summary Formulas on Reports

Operational Reporting

I need to find the average number of records created per day, but there are no Date formulas in the Custom Summary Formulas section of the report builder. I need to know what the day of the month is so that I can divide the number of records by the day of the month to find out how many records are created per day Month To Date.

Hi All, I wanted to share an update on this idea. As part of the Row Level Formulas GA in Winter'20 release, row level formulas can be referenced in custom summary formulas. So we will not be adding date functions to custom summary formulas as row level formulas have this ability.
