Our enhanced note-taking tool is available with the Winter '16 release. This feature is available in both Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic. Summer '15 Release Update:
We are continuing to add enhancements to our brand new note taking experience tailored for Sales reps. In the new experience, you will be able to take Rich Text Meeting Notes.

The feature is currently still in Beta, and is currently available in the Salesforce1 mobile browser app (except on BlackBerry devices), the Salesforce1 downloadable app for Android devices, version 6.0 and later, and the Salesforce1 downloadable app for iOS devices, version 6.0.2 and later.

Update from Product Management:

We are introducing a brand new note taking experience tailored for Sales reps. In the new experience, Notes will have rich text support. In the initial pilot we only have bullet/number list, but we plan to add more functionality in the future.

Thank you -- now please make the Rich Text Notes display correctly on Salesforce1 ! It shouldn't take more than 1 day for your developer to fix the bug that eliminates line breaks / paragraph spaces.
