Creating a new Queue should NOT create a new List View in Customer Portal

When a new Queue is created to manage Cases, a new List View is automatically created on Cases for tracking assignments to that queue.&nbsp; This List View is created with the default &quot;<label for="fsharefshareall">Visible to <b>all users</b> (Includes partner and customer portal users)</label>&quot; permissions.&nbsp; <br /> <br /> It is not at all clear to System Administrators (new ones, at least), that creating a new Queue will drop a new List View into the Customer Portal.&nbsp; This is something that even experienced admins could easily forget.&nbsp; <br /> <br /> Creating a new Queue should either a) display a warning to the user that a public List View will also be created, or b) default permissions on the Queue to be personal or &quot;All Internal Users&quot;.&nbsp; <br /> <script type="text/javascript">document.getElementById("fsharefshareall").checked=true;</script>
