Enforce validation rules on Quick Create records

There is a loophole in the Quick Create feature that exempts records from Validation Rules, causing  huge gaps in Data Quality.

    Thank you all for your feedback on this. We do not plan to change Quick Create and encourage looking into replacing your Quick Creates with Quick Actions, which does support this feature set. Quick Actions works both in Lightning and classic.
