Set colors on pie chart

I have like pie charts for individual sales people. I want to set each series of the pie chart to the same color on each chart. We need to be able to customize these.

I second this.

"Salesforce is great for the things that it can do, but it has a habit of missing really important features and neglecting to implement them even after 7+ years of people requesting them. Salesforce would benefit tremendously from listening to its users more. It is great that we have this "Ideas" site to post feedback, but unfortunate that so little of that feedback ever receives any real attention from the company. This is just one of those myriad missing features that Salesforce should have implemented a decade ago... Please, Salesforce, listen to your users!"

Please add this functionality. For instance, I would like to set up the same color for the different opportunities stages. Right now, depending on the grpah you check, the stage colours can be different.

Please fix this. I have three pie charts pulling data from the same field (True/False). True = Green and False = Blue on those with both values. But on the one with only True... the Pie is BLUE! Why would you do this?

This is essential. We analyse lead generation, conversion and opportunities based on lead source and in every plot the same list of lead sources have different colours making tracking and discussion confusing! As I move through the anaysis presentation I have to stop and explain that although e.g. tradeshows were yellow in the previous lead generation chart they are now green in the conversion chart. I have resorted to painstakingly export all my plots to Excel, set the colours for each lead source (there are more than 15) and then read it back into SF for consistency in the dashboard...Ridiculous.

This is ridiculous. This has been open for a long time. I now have to use Excel or PPT to create the charts that I need for executive presentations.

Why has this not been addressed by SFDC? At least a comment from SFDC would be appreciated by the user-community.
