Process Builder - List View

Process Automation

As we are keep adding process in PB, we have more and more processes. It would be easier for admin to manage / filter / find process related to a criteria. In classic workflow, we can create List View, expect the same for Process Builder.

    Hi All, I want to give an update regarding this Idea. Although this doesn't exactly help Process Builder, we are coming out with Flow After-Save Trigger in the Summer Release: Not only will you be able to modify fields before the changes goes into the database (Before-save triggers are limited, only handle field updates for now), but also after-save flow triggers which is similar to Process Builder. The best part is that now you can use standard list view to organize your processes!

    I know it's not exactly what you are all asking for, but thought I'd share this here for folks that are willing to try building new processes using Flow instead of Process Builder since it'll give you a way to manage processes using List Views. We do agree with everyone here that organizing Process Builder is a huge pain, but automation teams at Salesforce are putting all our efforts into Flow since Flow will be the future. 

    Don't worry, we are not asking you to rebuild your existing PB processes. Only asking if you do have new processes that you are going to build, please try it out with Flow trigger first. We'll be looking into auto migration for process builder to flow in the future.
