Ability to Schedule a Report/Dashboard to Run Every X Days/Weeks/Months

Operational Reporting

Currently, we have the option to schedule a report or dashboard to run and be emailed to users/groups every day, week or month; however, there's no ability to schedule a report to run every X days/weeks/months.  For example, if you want a report to be run every quarter, there's no option to make it run every third month.

Being in Higher Ed, we often have the need to run a report every semester.

Currently, when you select daily, weekly or monthly, it gives you the option to select:

Every weekday vs. everyday:
Daily   

Multi-select which days of the week:
Weekly   

The day of the month or the 1-5th weekday of the month:
Monthly

I'd like to update it so that when you select daily, weekly or monthly, you can select:

Daily:  Every 1st through 7th day.  So, if I want to receive the report every 3rd day, regardless if it's a weekday or weekend.
Weekly:  Every 1st through 5th week.  So, if I want to receieve a report every 2nd week, independent and in addition to the day of the week.
Monthly:  Every 1st through 12 month.  I want to receive a report on the 15th of August (for the fall semester), January (for the spring semester) and June (for the summer semester).  Or, I want to receive it on the 1st of every quarter (January, April, July, October).
