Flow Designer - Enable HTML emails
Process Automation
Flow Designer is a great tool, and I am certain (hopeful) that Salesforce will continue to build on it.One feature I'd like to propose is the ability to send HTML emails via the Send Email action. Currently, emails are sent as plain text. I have a number of flows that iterate over collections, and having the ability to receive a email at the conclusion of the flow with details on the records that were affected would be extremely useful. While this is currently "possible," the plain-text nature of the email being sent severly limits the ability to include that information in an easily readable form.-Greg
