For autolaunched flows, the Start node can now be configured to run on a schedule starting from a given date and time, with a frequency of once, daily or weekly. This functionality was delivered in the Winter '20 release. To learn more, please see: https://releasenotes.docs.salesforce.com/en-us/winter20/release-notes/rn_forcecom_flow_fbuilder_start.htm
