Currently you can create Queues for Leads, Cases, and Custom Objects. Customers would like the ability to create Queues for Opportunties.

    Hello Community,

    We just wrapped up a full evaluation of the work needed to deliver Opportunity Queues and unfortunately we’re going to have to update the expected GA Release date to Spring 22. The reason for the extended timeline is because the Opportunity Owner code touches a few other features and we're forced to increase scope. Here are a few examples:

    - Opportunity change owner has special behavior to keep team and transfer open activities, so we’ll have to handle how opportunity teams should or should not support queues as an owner
    - Opportunity splits does not support queues however revenue splits requires that the opportunity owner has a split record and is part of the opportunity team
    - Forecasting rollups are based on role based hierarchy and we have to resolve any forecasting conflicts that queues owned opportunities cause

    We're still planning to GA this feature and will post updates on progress. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly to share feedback about the use cases above.
