LMA Licenses for Sandboxes need Lookup field to the Production Org License

Summer 14 delivered a much-needed improvement to the LMA --- Licenses are now created for Sandbox installs as well as for Production installs

However, the net result of this is that ISV's now have a TON of extra Licenses and Leads that sales people don't want to see --- Licenses for Sandboxes of licensed Production orgs. The trouble is that we can't distinguish these Licenses from true first-timers, because these Sandbox installs don't have either:

(a) the Org Id of the Sandbox's linked Production Org
(b) the Licensing Status of the Production Org.

This makes it completely impractical to write a trigger on License that treats true "new"/first-time Licenses any different than Licenses created for Sandboxes of already-licensed Production orgs.

What would alleviate this is to have a Lookup field on the License object which is only populated for Sandbox installs, pointing to the Production Org License:

(a) Production_Org_License__c (Lookup) --- lookup to the Sandbox's corresponding Production license

And some built-in Formula Fields would be helpful here as well, e.g.

(b) Production_Org_Id__c --- the Subscriber Org Id of the related Production Org license
(c) Production_Org_License_Status__c --- the Licensing Status of the related Production Org license
(d) Production_Org_Licensed_Seats__c --- the number of active Seats of the related Production Org license
