Scheduled actions from Process Builder should appear under Time-Based Workflow

Process Automation

When a process built in the new Process Builder queues up a scheduled action, there is currently no way of checking the queue to see which actions are expected to fire when.

Classic workflow rules allow you to check this under Setup > Monitor > Time-Based Workflow. Although pending Process Builder actions do appear in the application log under wfale (WorkFlow ALarm Events), this log is not currently through monitoring management tools.

We need somewhere in the core UI that we can check scheduled actions. A new area would be great, but as the Process Builder could be seen as Workflows 2.0, the existing Time-Based Workflow screen seems like a good place for it.

For those asking for a way to view pending Process Builder actions, you are able to to that currently:
    1. From Setup, click Create | Workflow & Approvals | Flows.
    2. Scroll down to the Paused and Waiting Interviews list.
    3. Create a view to see scheduled actions in the Paused and Waiting Interviews list.
