Link Campaigns directly to Accounts

Campaigns & Leads

It would be very useful to be able to apply campaigns to accounts and not only to leads and contacts. We send our promotional faxes and emails to our accounts but not specifically to a given contact within the organization but still would like to track their impact.

    You prioritized this feature and we’re starting to work on it, so there's a light at the end of this tunnel! This feature will require substantial development and testing and will have dependencies on a few teams so it will be a multi-release project. We’ve updated the estimated general availability of this feature to Spring '21.

    I will be the product manager for this project and I will keep you posted with any significant updates here. I will also be soliciting your specific feedback here as we develop the feature.
