Allow System Admin to Delete Communities in Ideas

While we can deactivate an Ideas Community, it would be useful to be able to delete them. The concern with deactivation is if there are already ideas with comments on an idea, it is deactivated, then someone edits the name and reactivates as new community there may be still be "old Ideas" there. Please add a Delete to the Communities functionality.

    Hi everyone!

I'm excited to say we are actively working on a new feature based on this idea. We have read your comments and are working on a feature internally we call Archive-a-Site. While I know some commenters do actually have the need to fully delete all Community/Network/Site data, we found the majority want a way to "clear away community clutter, especially since there is a limit".

Therefore we are hopeful to introduce this feature (safe harbor) to accomplish the following jobs:
    1. Remove clutter from the Experience Site (aka Community) list so that you can focus only on your active or actively developing Experiences
    2. Decrement from the Experience Site limit to ensure you can continue building new exciting Experiences
    3. Allow a user to "unarchive" an archived site in case of user error or priority changes.
We are excited to hear your feedback on this upcoming feature and I want to thank all of you for using IdeaExchange to push this onto our roadmap.
