Masking Contact Emails in Sandbox as part of Refresh

Accounts & Contacts

Currently, when refreshing the full sandbox environment all contacts get copied over with their email addresses unmasked text. For security/exposure concerns it would be very helpful to have contact email addresses masked/altered, the same way all user email addresses are masked in the sandbox when refreshed from production. This would prevent any accidental / unintentional emails going out to external customers from a sandbox.

One way of delivering this feature would be to allow the ability to run a custom apex class at the end of sandbox completion. This would allow an admin to perform customized actions (including masking of contact emails) as part of the sandbox process.
