Expand User List to all Approved Users in Scheduled Reports

Operational Reporting

When I want to schedule a report in a restricted folder to be e-mailed out to a user, I can only schedule it to entire roles or groups that have access to the report. I'd like to be able to send a report to just one individual user that has permission for the report. But that's not possible unless I create a group for just that one user. We've restricted the rights to schedule reports to just a select group, but we'd like to be able to schedule them for other people in a flexible fashion.
