Need HTML in case comments

Case Management

When a customer is using the self-service portal, and when we are using salesforce, and updating a case, we often find it frustrating that the formatting gets lost when adding information to case comments. It would be very nice if we can copy/paste information into case comments from other documents, or from program output (and customer should be able to do the same via the support portal). When adding text into the comments, we would like to preserve the formatting of the text (e.g. include white spaces) and have basic features for bold, italics, font size etc.
