Using Case Thread ID to make sure "ALL" emails replied to from an SF Email Templ

Accounts & Contacts

SF only allows reply emails to be sent back into SF from Email Templates if you have included a Case Thread ID in email-to-case. We want any Email sent out from an Email Template to use a Thread ID so that if it is replied to it comes into SF and is related to the corresponding object (Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Case etc).
