Display SS in Date/Time fields

Operational Reporting

Provide an option to display seconds in the date/time format, i.e. HH:MM:SS. One example where this would help is web-to-lead transactions where multiple submissions are entered within the same minute and the SS would determine the order the applications came in.

This will be beneficial to users when data is being used for analysis of chat count and headcound purpose based on the report of Live Chat Transcript. With data showing till secodns, the forecast for scheduling will be more precise.

This is also very important now with the Live Agent click-to-chat functionality, as it's extremely beneficial to easily see via all the standard timestamp fields (REQUEST, START, END, etc) how much time elapsed between events. Seconds matter here.

Also, in the Activity Log for any relevant object, the inclusion of seconds (hh:mm:ss) will cause everything to sort chronologically correct within that list. Without this feature, you have events that occured within the same minute being out of order simply because the timestamp is not granula enough, like "CHANGE OWNER" occuring before the "CREATE" event - according to the sort order.
