Increase field level help text limit from 255 to 510 characters

Customization & App Building

Currently, field level help text is limited to 255 characters. For complex fields, it can be very difficult to shoehorn meaningful help into 255 chars. Please increase the field level help text limit from 255 to 510.

Is it possible to edit the size limitation on the "help text" fields on case fields? It only allows 255 characters currently. 2 answers
