Email To Case - Mark Email As Unread Even After It Has Been Read

Operational Reporting

In Email to Case, once you read an email, it is marked as "read". In Outlook, once you've read an email, it has been marked "read" but you still have the ability to mark it "unread". It would be great for us to have this ability as we use Email To Case extensively and we run into problems with email being marked as read in reports.
