Don't Email Scheduled Reports if the report is empty

Operational Reporting

To facilitate exception based reporting (e.g. "Show me all records not submitted for approval", if no records are returned when a report is run, don't send an email.

An appropriate place to put this is in the report scheduler configuration screen.   Perhaps a checkbox "Don't Send if Empty?"

    Hi All,

This idea is actually delivered in Summer'19. See the release notes:

If you create a condition to receive report subscription when row count > 0, then you will not receive an email when there are no results.
