Using Hashtags to fill in fields with Email to Case

It would be great if you could set specific hashtags that would populate specific fields in Cases when using Email to Case.

Salesforce1 Needs to support deep-linking to Visualforce pages with parameters

SalesForce new case number

When starting a new case, I would like to have salesforce automatically assign a new case number and then date and time stamp this event. Currently it does not assign a case number until you hit save. This creates an extra step for support reps.… Show more

Option for org wide "Do Not Reassign" on Case Assignment Rules

Make change owner screen like knowledge article assignment

It would be great to have the "Change Owner" screen be a pop-up with the ability to select a new owner add a note (case comment) before assigning, just like the new knowledge article assignment interface.

Enable sidebar components in console view

We would love to be able to enable side bar components in the console view. This is important because our AppExchange Address Management App uses a component to work with the edit page fields.

Allow the creation and use of Solution/Knowledge Base templates

My organization mainly posts two types of solutions to our Knowledge Base. It would be nice to be able to have templates for those, rather than having to write them out each time.
