Option for alphabetical sorting of classifications in Engage (Social Studio)

When classifications are added in the Social Studio admin, they are in a list which is sorted alphabetically. In the engage UI that agents use, the Classifications in the picklist are apparently sorted oldest to newest making it difficult for agents… Show more

Case Feed should display the Social Post by time/date published

When we check the ‘ENGAGEMENT SUMMARY’ we find box AVERAGE RESPONSE TIME To check the average response time including cases received in a specific period, or average response time of the cases received between specific time. Show more

Linkedin Social Customer Service

Currently Social Customer Service supports Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. It would be good if Linkedin was supported too so agents could reply through Service Cloud to Linkedin posts
