Support Quick Text in Client Notes

It's common for case managers to have standard categories and responses for client notes that they edit/customize as needed. If the Salesforce Quick Text feature supports Client Notes then this would be straightforward to do.

Add Previous and Next on Client Notes

Ad a previous and next button at the bottom of client notes so program staff can easily move through the notes when searching for documentation.

Multi picklist for pronouns - Case management

It would be great if the pronoun list could be a multipicklist rather than having to list out every potential pronoun combination.Currently the list is a picklist so it can surface on the contact preview.

We adapted NPCCM to our needs, but several of the items such as Service Delivery, Bulk Service Delivery, Intakes, etc we have found don't fit what we do well enough or add unneccessary/low value steps to our process and I'd like to hide them… Show more

Remove completed Programs/Program Engagements from Case Plan creation selection.

Allow Goals to be marked as Required

Currently, Action Items can be set as Required. It would be useful to also allow Case Plan Goals to be set as Required as well.
