You can accomphish some, if not all, this reporting using Salesforce Office Connect with MicroSoft Excel Power Query Builder or MicroSoft Power BI. The issue here is that this type of System Administration Management Reporting should be a deliverable of the product and that Salesforce isn't supporing the Salesforce Office Connect.

Me too on this Idea! I know this is an 8 year old idea on paper but its still a good one. I would very much like to build a report or dashboard for the support management team to see who is in which queues. We have more than 40 queues in our organization and to have to manage them by looking through each one or at each individual for queue membership is a bit of a pain.
