I've build an API based solution for this, and it takes up a LOT of API calls to manage. Every hour you need to add or remove prospects from a suppression list representing the active and relivant 'outside business hours'. There are countries that are MANY time zones wide, and trying to be accurate across those is hard. I settled for contenental level 'blocks' for activating/deactivating outside business hours list. I also used an 'opt in' methodology so I only processed time zones for prospects that where in an engagement studio program that needed such control to reduce the API call burdon.
Having a native methodology for this would be a wonderful capaiblity to getting emails delivered NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. I wonder what the SPAM reporting rate is for emails delivered at 3am local time???
