I agree with everyone else here, Yes, this is a very serious issue. Please address.
We want to build PaaS applications on you platform, and don't mind paying you for the products you offer. But do put a govoner on your products (limit 10! No more!). Let's us pay you more if need be, but if you are going to limit your customer on what they can and can't build on your platform, I hate say this, but they WILL go somewhere else.

What would the pricing be from Saleforce if I wanted to expose 4 tabs in Customer Community but under those 4 tabs is a complex data model that includes 26 custom objects? It sounds like this is possible but I'd need to pay extra for it. Before I reach out to AE has anyone else received pricing for something similar?

As Niall said above, the 10 custom object limit does not include apps like DocuSign.

So you can have DocuSign then another 10 custom objects.
The limit is contractual not enforced by the software so if you need more than 10 talk to your account executive.

After doing some additional research, I have found that this is not a hard technical limitation but in fact a contractual one. If you would like to use more than 10 custom objects, you will have to contact your account executive to work out the pricing.

Fully agree with this. This limitation severely limits our ability to come up with innovative solutions that might require a complex data model. At the very least, AppExchange objects should be excluded from the limit, but I agree with the poster that we need more flexibility if we want fully functional Communities.
