    Yes, this is a much needed and it will reduce a lot of effort in writing and maintaining custom code. Also, this will add one more cool feature with the "No/Low Code" strategy that we are promoting nowadays.

    Much needed. If Lookup or Reference fields can be used in criteria as well as Sharing Access With. That can help a lot and save a ton of time implementation in complex business use cases.
