After researching this topic today, I'm really surprised that Salesforce hasn't addressed this yet. It seems like a no-brainer that with a powerful tool like Visual Flow, you'd want to provide easy control over how the interactive UI looks on the screen. After delivering so many other clicks-not-code capabilities in the UI tailoring area, it's hard to believe Salesforce hasn't provided tools for controlling the output of Visual Flows. A big missed opportunity that could really boost the adoption of this powerful tool, in my opinion.
